EV Charging Point Survey

On behalf of Kerry Tourism Industry Federation (KTIF), Listowel Business & Community Alliance are asking all members to complete a Survey providing feedback in relation to EV charging points across the county.

KTIF have received feedback from visitors that there is a lack of knowledge about the availability of EV charging points in Kerry which can result in some visitors with EV’s deciding not to visit the county.  Providing a map and list of publicly accessible charging points will allay any range anxiety fears and create a visitor perception of Kerry as a regenerative and sustainable destination.

To that point, please complete and share KTIF’s Electric Vehicle Charging Points Survey with all businesses / organisations and individuals around Kerry.

  • This survey is an important phase in the continuing efforts of the tourism industry in Kerry and our wider stakeholder groups, to establish a record and a map of Electrical Vehicle (EV) charge points in Kerry, and as such has been created by the Sustainability Sub-Committee of the Kerry Tourism Industry Federation. It will take just a few minutes to complete.
  • KTIF note that private EV infrastructure will be a vital element in contributing to the availability of an accessible EV charging network within Kerry for visitors as well as for all those who live here. This will be key to the future of tourism in Kerry while public infrastructure continues to be developed.
  • KTIF are also in communication with ZEVI (the office of Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland) to ensure that Kerry is well served regarding EV Charging infrastructure across the county.

This survey will close on 20th June 2023.
