North County House
Refurbished to an exacting standard, North County House dates back to the early 1800’s when its business was as a Cartwright. The building has also seen use as a Picture House and a Sweet Shop but has been one of Listowel’s best regarded guest houses since the 1960’s.
North County House offers extensive accommodation, Eight bedrooms in total including single, twin, double and family rooms. All are en-suite and come equipped with TV and hairdryers.
There is also a TV lounge for guests to enjoy and complimentary tea and coffee is available.
An extensive breakfast menu, including vegetarian choices, is served from 7.30am. Everything is freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients.
North County House has been owned and operated by Monica Quille since 1989. A native of Wexford, she is now a familiar and popular figure around Listowel and guests can be assured of the friendliest welcome. Monica has an extensive knowledge of the area and can provide excellent tourist advice!
